Make rotations with your eyeballs, looking up, down, and sideways for your eyes.

Face Yoga for Neck Lifting

Are you tired of your sagging neck muscles? Don’t worry. Do the neck lifting exercise to lift your sagging neck and jaw. 

Sit with your head backward and puff the lower lip, and stretch that intensifies your neck muscles. Keep your fingers on each side of the neck and stroke down to the collarbone.

Face Yoga for Cheeks

Make an “O” with your mouth without showing your tongue or teeth. Next, smile with your lips and keep your index finger on your chin, tilting your head backward. Repeat it for a few seconds. 

Facial Yoga for Forehead

Keep fingers of both hands on your forehead, placing them inwards. Next, gently sweep the fingers outwards, applying light pressure on the head. Repeat the exercise 10 times. This exercise tightens the muscles on the forehead and improves the horizontal lines. 

Face Yoga for Cheek lift

Cheek lift exercise is one of the best ways to keep your skin firm. Pull your cheek inwards, close your lips and try to smile, and hold the posture for a few seconds. This exercise will flex your face muscles. 

Puppet Face Exercise

This exercise helps in keeping your cheek muscles intact and firm. Just put your fingers on the area where your smile cringes and pull your cheeks upwards. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then relax.
